Return and Exchange Policy

General Guidelines:

• You may return purchases within 72 hours of receipt, provided that the return conditions are met. Terms and conditions apply.
• You may exchange purchases within 7 days of receipt, provided that the exchange conditions are met. Terms and conditions apply.

• Used products cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Special/customized products cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Orders paid via Tabby or Tamara are non-returnable.
• If the shipment package is damaged upon delivery, do not accept it. Instead, notify us immediately via WhatsApp or email so we can take the necessary action. If you accept the package, we will not be responsible for the contents.

Exchange Policy:

• If you wish to exchange a purchased product within 24 hours of order confirmation, contact us via WhatsApp or email to process the exchange before shipment.
• If the order confirmation has exceeded 24 hours, you must receive the shipment first and then request an exchange. The exchange period is 7 days from the date of receipt.
• The exchange must be of the same value as the previous order or higher and the difference must be paid
• Products must be in their original condition with all accessories when exchanged. If these conditions are not met, the exchange request will be canceled.
• Customers bear the shipping costs for exchange requests.
